He is survived by: his close friend Cynthia Bernard; his sisters, Judy Cahill Grantham (Tommy Landers) and Pam Cahill Bizzell (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Carson Grantham, Moriah Grantham, Harrison Bizzell (Morgan), Garrett Bizzell (Avery) and Kelsey LaRue (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anne Carlisle, Fraser Bizzell, Webb Bizzell, Madeline and Charlotte LaRue; and his close friends, John Hill, Ed, Celeste Hoppe and Buddy A Neal.
