It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Bailey (Jacksonville, Arkansas), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Hayman; her aunt Mary Louise Congo; and her brother Travis Hayman. She is survived by: her father Leonard Earl Austin of Little Rock; her siblings, Melody Ann Gasbar (Rodolfo) of Newark, Delaware, Franklin Hayman of Smyrna and Leroy Lloyd of Wilmington, Delaware; and her nephews, Ronnie W. Robinson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Zair M. St. George of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
