He was predeceased by: his mother Ginger Reece Culpepper; his son Kamron Allen Culpepper; his father Billie Ray Culpepper; and his brother Kevin Ray Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Culpepper; his children, Kyle Keith Culpepper, Kristen Paige Culpepper and Filicia Dawn Wood; his grandchildren, Jayden, Kenneth, Andrya, Kalli and Kamron; and his siblings, Shelli Huie (Tim) and Kelly Culpepper (Lynette).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
