He is survived by: his mother Jennie Black (Stogsdill) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his wife Diana Black; his daughter Shayla Black of Tipton, Indiana; his father Jack Sr. Black; his siblings, Cynthia Ellis, Ralph Black, Jennifer James (DeWayne) and Jack Black Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Tia Rodriguez (Rod), Brittney Dodd (Jonathan), Jacob James, Allison James, Samantha James, Jonathan James, Julia Black, Cody Stacy, Callie Langley, Kyle Heffelmire and Matthew Stacey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liyah, Alexander, Kylie, Lucas, Jonathan, Blayson and Otto.
