He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Dovie McMullen, James'Barney' and Fannie Mae Bivens; his parents, Denver Bivens and Marcelle Bivens; his brother Jim Bivens; and his sister-in-law Carolyn.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Pruett-Bivens; his children, Melissa Keith (Steven) and Matthew Bivens; his grandson Sylas Bivens; his brothers, Johnny Bivens (Elsie) and Ronnie; and his pet Biscuit.
