He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Vern Cushman and Mabel Ina Ojala; and his sister Carol Robards. He is survived by: his wife Apolinaria Cushman (Narie); his brothers, Gary Cushman and Paul Cushman; his children, Eugene Cushman, Tina Cushman, Jeff Patterson, Link Cushman, Mabel Cushman, Maria Cushman and Raymond C. Cushman; and his grandchildren, Latayne Newman, Abigail Cushman, Chris Cushman, Asia Cushman and Ezra Winters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church (2403 McArthur Dr, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
