It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Jensen of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Winside, Nebraska, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jensen and Anna Jensen; his great grandchild Rhett Wallis; and his son-in-law Preston Wallis. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Kathleen Mohn (Chett), Bryan Jensen (Amanda) and Brenda Wallis (James Wheeler); his grandchildren, Shawn Jensen, Shay Mohn (Rebecca), Leslie Swope (Norm), Chris Jensen, Jason Mohn, Erica Jensen, Josh Dennis (Becky), Shane Wallis (Jackie), Shandy Johnsen (Will), Monica Jensen and Sumre Jensen (Greg); his great grandchildren, Kayla, Rachel, Abby, Chelsey, Lexi, Kelsey, Victoria, Edward, Vanessa, Lila, Presley, Paisley, Caleigh and Jay; and his sister Betty Smith.
