He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Fowler and Anita M. Fowler (Chamberlin); his wife Kathleen Fowler; and his daughters, Cindy Fowler and Tracy Fowler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Lammert (Pat) and Sarah Thompson; his stepchildren, Thomas Wall, Stacey Horton, David Wall, Benjamin Wall and Jennifer Bridges; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Abby, Skyler, Makayla, Garrett, Elizabeth, Joshua, Issac, Matthew, George, Annemarie, Christopher, Juliana, Michael, Hannah and Kaylin; his great grandchildren, Carson, Nova, Mateo and Paisley; and his siblings, Jim Fowler, Bob Fowler, Margie Reeves and Janet Copley.
