He is survived by: his wife Judy Vanpelt; his daughters, Lisa Johnston (Alan) of Cabot and Angelia Savage of Jacksonville; his father-in-law John Pitts of Cabot; and his siblings, Christine Sheppherd of Parkin, Gary Vanpelt (Betty) of Wynne and Douglas Vanpelt (Rita) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; lifelong friend.
