He was predeceased by: his parents, John Benny and Ozzie Spencer (Harris); and his brothers, Harvey Spencer of St. Louis, MO and Larry Spencer of Milwaukee, WI.. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Jeannie" Spencer; his daughters, Angela Spencer-Grady (Stephanie Spencer), Leondra Spencer-Moore of Jacksonville, FL, Shante'Easter (Denee'Hayes) and Porcha Hayes-Jackson of Little Rock, AR; and his sisters, Dorothy Fowler of St Louis, MO, Rita Spencer and Maggie Spencer of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
