He is survived by: his son James Lay; his siblings, Marvin, Loucille and Pat; his son Russell Lay (Debbie Roach); and his grandchildren, Brian Criswell, Lisa Adams, Trish Reppenhagen, Amber Lay, Aaron Lay, Allicia Lay, Kaylea Kobyluck (Thomas), Gabriel Lay, Josh Lay and Libby Lay. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
