It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Stott Lowry of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Linnie Stott and Robert Stott; her husband A. J. "Larry" Lowry; her daughters, Karen and Sharon Lowry; her grandson Justin Lowry; her brothers, Donald (Tete Stott), Lloyd (Connie Stott) and Marvin Stott; and her stepfather Henry Joshu.

She is survived by: her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Karen Lowry of Fayetteville, AR; her daughter Kerri; her son-in-law Richard Palmer; her grandsons, Joshua Lowry, Jared Lowry (Marcie Carelock), Matthew Palmer, Jonathan Palmer and Andrew Wang; her great grandchild Luna Lowry; and her sister-in-law Lora Stott.

The family wishes memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice or to Arkansas Hospice.
