She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Roy Cox and Ida Janie Cox; her husband James Richards Sr.; her son James Al Richards, Jr.; and her grandson Leighton Richards.
She is survived by : her children, Francis Richards, Aarron Richards, Shandra Richards and Leroy Richards; her grandson Charlie; and her siblings, Jerry Cox, Linda Hall, Connie McNair and Teresa Leagans. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
