He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roland N. Cain, Paul David Evans and Violet Jo Evans. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Burbank; his daughters, Erin N. Cain of Aubrey, Texas, Haven N. Cain of Aubrey, Texas and Mica N. Cain of Aubrey, Texas; his granddaughter Brayla Cain Rodriguez of Aubrey, Texas; his former spouses, Brandi Roberts of Arkansas and Jamie Cain Reynolds of Aubrey, Texas; his mother Janice Evans Cain Keck of Livingston, Texas; his sisters, Shannon Cain Slater of Pilot Point and Candace Cain Thrower of Cypress, Texas; his stepbrothers, Steven Cowling of Pilot Point and Jeff Cowling of Valley View, Texas; his aunts and uncles, Brenda McDowell of Richmond, Virginia, David Evans of Moscow, Texas, Sandra Evans Coker, Debra Bailey of Perryville, Arkansas and Richard Hal Cain of Moss Hill, Texas; and his grandmother Vernell Cain of Pilot Point, Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
