She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hamilton and JoAnne Hamilton; and her sister Barbara Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Ostrowski; her children, Ty Perham (Kristin), Teri Bibb (Steven) and Mike Ostrowski (Stacy); her grandchildren, Trent Perham (Infiniti), Brady Bibb (Lauren), Bailee Bibb-Bogy (Trent), Peyton Ostrowski and Morgan Ostrowski; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Bibb and Linley Bibb.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
