He was predeceased by: his father Charles S. Hicks III; his wife Meredith Gloer Hicks; his brother Terry Pemberton Hicks; and his grandson Isaiah Shepard. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Cummings Hicks of Jacksonville; his brothers, Gary Hicks of Jacksonville, Stan Hicks and Chris Hicks of Senath, Missouri; his daughter Stephanie Shepard of Pensacola, FL; and his grandchildren, Layla and Stella. He is also survived by his family and friends.
