He was predeceased by: his parents, William Browning and Edna Browning (Ross); and his wife Shirley Browning. He is survived by: his children, Tina Harvey (Danny) and Thomas Browning, Jr.; his grandchildren, Brittany Stivers (Jordan), Rebecca Browning and William Browning; his great grandchild Colt Stivers; and his sister Dorothy Bookout.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
