He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodson Pennington (Woody) and Antha Ava Wolfe Burney. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo of Jacksonville; his children, Keith Burney of Searcy, Steven Burney (Misty) of Beebe and Susan Schultz Johnson (John) of Vilonia; his grandchildren, Sabrina Guinnip (Eric) of Beebe and Matthew Johnson of Conway; and his brothers, John W. Burney of Hot Springs, Robert J. Burney of Conway and Bill F. Burney (Judie) of Conway. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
