He is survived by: his wife Linda May Ply; his children, Jaymes Ply (Stacey), Christopher Ply (Amanda), Elisabeth Paige Ply-Davis (Woodrow) and Tammy Ply-Peters; and his stepchildren, Monica Monk-Harvill (Duncan), Emily Monk-VanWinkle and Brooke Monk-Franks. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren.
