He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jervis and Nora Jervis (McCormick); his siblings, Eileen and Charles; and his nephew Steve.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Donna; his wife Nelda Livesay; his children, Kirk Jervis (Sharon) and Donna Truax (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Kristin Hodge (Josh), Jessica Jervis (Colby), Aaron Truax (Eva) and Scotty Jervis. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and 4 nieces.
