He is survived by: his children, Jake Carter of Jasper, AR, Monica (Elan Gunelic) of Fayetteville, AR and Heather (Jessie Cranford) of Harrison, AR; his sister Pamela Carter of Jasper, AR; and his grandchildren, Korban Campbell, Garrett McDonald, Caleb Carter, Madison Campbell and Clayton Jacob Carter.
