He is survived by: his wife Laura Long; his aunts, Janie Henry (Kenny) and Gayle Ghent; his siblings, Tracie Palmer (Jerry), Greg Johnson (Kim) and Cheryl Johnson; his nephews, Nathan Palmer, Zachary Johnson (Karrie) and Colby Johnson; and his great-nephews, Wyatt Johnson and Keaton Johnson.
