He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence H. Moore and Grace L. Moore; his wife Patty Pannell Moore; and his siblings, Melba Grace Woelfle, Darrell Moore, Larry Moore and Gary Moore.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Allen Moore (Karen) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Clark (Eric) and Christopher Brown (Kaci); his great grandchildren, Shane Clark of Jonesboro, Isabella Clark of Jonesboro, Katherine Clark of Jonesboro, Weston Brown of Jonesboro, Aerie Brown of Jonesboro, Finnley Brown of Jonesboro and Hux Brown of Jonesboro; and his sister Mary Nell Layman of Cincinnati, OH.
