He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Young and Lottie Smith Young; his daughter Loretta Gail Vincent; and his siblings, Trumann Edward Young, Robert Charles Young, Harold Gene Young, Matilda Whitworth and Catherine Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Young; his son James Robert Young of Jonesboro; and his sister Ethel Marie Umfleet of Fredericktown, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great‑grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
