She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Johnson and Christeen Allen Johnson; her son Larry Lee; and her siblings, Glenna Johnson Lentz and William "Billy" Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Lewis of Dalton, AR; her children, James Lee of Doniphan, MO, Scott Lee of St. Peter, MN and Janine Zerger (Mark) of Paducah, KY; her stepdaughter Sandra Lewis of Davenport, IA; her grandchildren, Anthony Lee (Angela) of Doniphan, MO, Keiarra Lee of Fort Pierce, FL, Megan Zerger and Jacob Zerger of Murray, KY; and her cousin Peggy Allen Cummings of Corning, AR.. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; two nieces.
