She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Witt and Louise Witt; her husband Bill Duncan; and her siblings, Charles Witt and Ada Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Rowanne Veal (Phil) and Brian Duncan (Teressa); her grandchildren, Jason Veal (Jami), Amie Lincoln (Dan), Brady Duncan (Ashley) and Tanner Duncan (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Garrett, Cashton, Taylor, Victoria and Bader; and her sisters, Wanda Dillihay, Patsy Dacus and Phyllis Wiggins.
