She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Campbell and Thelma Campbell; her sisters, Virginia Owens, Jo Ann Waltrip and Shirley Winkles; and her grandson Trent Spence.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Winkles; her sons, Carl Winkles of Brookland and Harold Winkles of Crestview, Florida; her brothers, Harold Campbell of Wynne, Virgil "Buddy" Campbell (Patty) of Trumann, Dewayne "PeeWee" Campbell (Mavis) of Trumann, Arlen "Jinker" Campbell (Kathy) of Hardy and Allen "Chubby" Campbell (Elaine) of Trumann; her grandchildren, Ashley McKelroy (Jeremy) of Jonesboro and Trevin Winkles of Hoxie; and her great grandchildren, Medley Fortenberry, Miri Fortenberry, Maggie McKelroy and Ava McKelroy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children, causes that were dear to Barbara's heart.
