He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Archibald and Christle Thompson (Featherston); and his brothers, Gene Henry Thompson and Paul J. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moore Thompson; his children, Cary Lance Thompson (Stacy) and Joy Lynn Thompson; his grandchildren, Becky Lynn Wilson (Jeremy) and Jared Lance Thompson (Liz); his great grandchildren, Lyla Lynn Wilson and Jeremy Thomas Wilson, Jr.; his siblings, Jack L. Thompson (Rumi) of Dallas, Texas and Vicki A. Baab (Bill) of Dallas, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Glenna Thompson and Georgia Thompson.
