He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Taylor and Edith Taylor (Minton); and his siblings, John Taylor Jr. and Ada Upton. He is survived by: his brothers, Dale Taylor (Patsy) and Fred Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roller Farmers Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401).
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Billy's honor to Freed-Hardeman University.
