He was predeceased by : his parents, Collis McNatt and Aline McNatt; and his brothers, Alvin McNatt and Curt McNatt. He is survived by : his wife Linda McNatt; his son Wayne McNatt (Jannie) of Jonesboro; his sister Freda Couch of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Terry McNatt (Michelle) and Nisha Gulley (Allen); his great grandchildren, Terron McNatt (Katie), Steven Gulley and Stephanie Gulley; and his great great grandchild Wesley Wayne McNatt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Emerson Memorial Chapel (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
