He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Talley; his daughters, Tesi Clifton (Sterling) of Paragould, Melodie Smith (Ray) of Springdale and Mandy Hall (Clayton) of Judsonia; and his siblings, John Talley (Brenda) of Harrison and Pauline Wheaton of Swartz Creek. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
