He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlon Garman and Patsy Garman (Hubbell); his stepmother Janet Garman; and his grandparents, Willard, Doris Hubbell, Gordon and Eva Garman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Richardson (Gary) of Paragould, AR and Alfie Garman of Lakeland; his uncle Gary Hubbell (Nancy); his aunts, Renee Thompson (Chris) of Jacksonville, FL and Regina Hubbell of Jonesboro, AR; his nieces, Kallie Smirnov (Dan) of Aurora and Debra Penrow (Bradley) of Boston, MA; and his great-nephews, Eliyah Smirnov and Sterling Smirnov of Aurora, CO.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Bobby's honor to the Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org) or to the charity of your choice.
