He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Dover and Sandra Dover of Jonesboro; his wife Ruth Allison Dover; his children, Charlie Dover of Jonesboro and Georgia Dover of Santa Barbara, California; and his sister Julie Butler (Jake) of Fayetteville.
