He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Baxter and Ida Baxter (Roach); and his wife Gail. He is survived by: his children, Carmen Baxter and William; his daughter-in-law Tracy Baxter of Cabot; his grandson Aidan Baxter of Cabot; his brother Warren; and his sister-in-law Karen Baxter of Jonesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
