She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Smith and Wilena Smith (Bryant) of Bono; and her siblings, Herschel Smith of Bono, Patsy Puckett of Bono and Diann Gargaro of Bono.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Holder (Justin) and Bryce Burdyshaw; her grandsons, Taylor Burdyshaw of Bono and Cameron Holder of Jonesboro; and her brother Ewel Dwight Smith (Connie) of Oklahoma.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in Carol's memory to the St. Bernards Outpatient Dialysis Clinic.
