He is survived by: his mother Anita Atherton; his girlfriend Jane Whetsel; his sons, Doug McDaniel of Jonesboro, Chris McDaniel (Sara) of Jonesboro and Dustin McDaniel (Tiffany) of Piggott, Arkansas; and his sisters, Debra Sterling and Lisa Roberts (Keith) of Jonesboro. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and Nephews.
