He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Travis Stone; his grandparents, John, Myrtle Stone, Lester and Florence Brady; and his aunts and uncles, Joe (Pauline Rankin), Carrington (Nina Hudson), Cardwell (Linnie Stone) and Horace (Wanda Stone).
He is survived by: his wife Beth Stone; his mother Fredreca 'Brady Stone of Jonesboro; his children, Christopher Stone (Amber) of Jonesboro, Phil Phillips (Dana) of Lowell, AR and Amy Stone (Justin Williams) of Pensacola, FL; his brother Travis Stone (Nancy) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Luke Phillips, Ella Phillips, Van Stone and Braden Williams; and his cousins, Caroline Duke (Bill) and Paula Thompson (Mike).
