He was predeceased by: his daughter Paula Dennis; and his granddaughter Angela Moss. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Widener; his children, Michael Widener of Blytheville, Kaitlyn Widener of Fayetteville and Becky Eakin of Hope; and his siblings, David Widener of Calion and Ruth Ponder of Camden. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emerson Memorial Chapel (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
