He was predeceased by: his parents, R. A. Simpson and Edith Simpson; his brother Dewon Simpson; his grandson Jaxton Kennedy; and his significant other Kaye Morris Simpson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dian Foltz (John) of Jonesboro, AR and Doyle Dean Simpson of Batesville, AR; his daughters, Lacey Beach (John) of Southaven, MS, Stefanie Crockett (Matt) of Ponchatoula, LA, Alexandra Simpson of Jonesboro, AR and Nathalie Kennedy of Jonesboro, AR; and his grandchildren, Matthew Beach, Avery Grayce Simpson, Lincoln Bennett, Toby Crockett, Ryder Crockett, Lennox Jones, Foxx Finley, Fender Finley, Molly Finley, Jax Finley, Izzy Finley, Adaleigh Kennedy, Evie Kate Kennedy, Riggins Kennedy and Reeves Kennedy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pate-Jones Funeral Home (4174 Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
