David Sandborn Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Sandborn of Jonesboro, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Sandborn to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sandborn and Mary Sandborn (Wohlscheid); his son David Sandborn; and his sister Gwen Sandborn. He is survived by: his wife Jo (Pelon); his daughters, Lynn Sweet of Jonesboro and Tiffany Sandborn; his siblings, Tim Sandborn, Rick Sandborn of Jonesboro, Mike Sandborn of San Jose, California and Sandee Hartsell of Swifton, Arkansas; his nephew Billy Johnson; and his niece Tammy Sandborn. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dave's memory to Arkansas Children's Hospital or the NEA Humane Society.
