He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Pope Burkhart; his siblings, Wanda Coleman (Joe) of Indian Mound, TN and Donnie Burkhart (Jane) of Dover, TN; his children, Shirelle Burkhart Fine (Billy Elkins) of Dover, TN, Andrea Andrews of Jonesboro, AR, Jeremy Burkhart (Shelia) of Buchanan, TN, William "Billy" Burkhart (Kandace) of Clarksville, TN and Jonathan DeRoeck of Lonoke, AR; his grandchildren, Jessica Jackson, Haley Camper (Jimmy), Shawn Burkhart, Logan Burkhart, Noah Andrews, Sophia Andrews, Autumn Elkins, Ryker Fine, Owen Burkhart and Mia Burkhart; and his great grandchildren, Bayler Burkhart and Lucas Camper. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
