With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie Ray Cloinger of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on July 31, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Loy Cloinger and Mildred Rudeen Hutcheson; and his brother Loy Cloinger. He is survived by: his brother Garry; his sister-in-law Sue Cloinger of Shreveport, LA; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Jim Bradley of Bono, AR.; his sister Rhonnda Cloinger of Knoxville, TN.; his friend Charlotte House; and his caregiver Jamie Baxter of Jonesboro, AR.. He is also survived by seven nephews; numerous great and great-great nephews/nieces.

Due to Donnie's love of dogs, he requested that lasting memorials be made to the Northeast AR.
