He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Pemberton and Idell Pemberton (Wiley); his wife Norma Pemberton; his children, Barton Pemberton and Tammie Groves; and his grandson Cody Pemberton.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Pemberton and Monica Alexander (Toby); his grandchildren, Chaya Aird, Schylar Futhey and Sharon Futhey; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Groves, Lillian Aird, Jasmine Aird, Adelyn Weir and Ophelia Bruton; his great great grandchild Brendon Hoyer; and his daughter Sarah Pemberton.
