He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Ripple; and his children, Beth and Mark Ripple. He is survived by: his partner Levetera Ann Mullen; and his children, Thurstle Mullen, Teresa Goud (Scott) and Melissa Foster. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
