She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Holland and Jantra Holland (Gillihan); her former husband Gale Fuqua; and her sister Regenna Holland. She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Norris; her children, Mike Fuqua (Cynthia), Kathy Hawkins (Michael) and Eva Henriksen (Jamie); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin, Jarred, Jay, Lacey, Lindsey, Kelby, Carrie and Luke; and her sister Emilie Statler.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Elwanda's honor to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House or the NEA Humane Society.
