He is survived by: his wife Frances Lightfoot Elphingstone; his daughter Kimberly Elphingstone of Houston; his siblings, Jerry Elphingstone and Nancy Elphingstone of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Raven, Hayleigh, Samantha, Mason, Summer, Solomon and Max.
