With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evert Lee Russell of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on February 25, 2026 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Lee Russell. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Russell (Wilson) of Jonesboro; his wife Tonya Russell; his children, Ashley Sellers (Justin) of Brookland, Shannon Russell (Ashley) of Stansbury Park, Jessie Russell of Bono, Bethanye Reeves of Jonesboro and Dylan Russell of Bono; his stepchildren, Haley Ballard (Chris) of Ash Flat, Leah Long of Jonesboro and Adam Hoy (Sadie) of Walnut Ridge; and his siblings, Wayne Russell of Jonesboro, Wesley Russell (Jennifer) of Jonesboro and Sherry Campbell of Jonesboro. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and a lifetime of friends.
