He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Barnett and Bera Barnett; and his brothers, Charles Barnett, Frank Barnett and Gene Barnett.
He is survived by: his significant other Gayle Gambill; his daughters, Elizabeth Bittle (James) and Rebekah Snyder (Kevin); his partner's children, Robert Gambill (Ryllis), Kirsten Gambill and Jacob Gambill (Catherine Norvell); his sisters, Ann Merrell and Linda Robinson; his grandchildren, Lydia Bittle, Samuel Bittle, Josie Snyder, Jessica Miller (Matt), Trey Gambill and Maggie Gray; and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church or the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society in Fred's memory.
