Frederick Earl Cavitt Obituary
Frederick Earl Cavitt, 81, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital on October 5, 2022. He was born on July 12, 1941 in Beebe, Arkansas to Ollie and Vester May Cavitt. Fred was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas when he was able. He enjoyed mowing yards, going to church, and piddling around.
Survivors include; one son: Stephen Cavitt of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two granddaughters: Samantha Cavitt and Courtney Payne; one sister: Carolyn Birdsong of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.
Fred is preceded in death by; his parents: Ollie and Vester May Cavitt; loving wife: Rose Marie Cavitt; and two sisters: Lavelle Green and Joyce Lindley.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas with Bro. Don Vuncannon officiating.
