He is survived by: his siblings, Monroe King (Patty), Linda Kinder of Swifton and Phyllis Campbell (Mike) of Swifton; his uncle J. W. Hulen; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Fears, Angela Garland, Kristen Thelemier, Adam King, Tim Shelton, Carolyn Doty, Frank Shelton, Rusty Kinder and Maston Kinder.
